Once the job is marked completed by the client, The Writer needs to submit the Invoice of the Completed Assignments from their dashboard. ( Make sure to update the correct Banking details in the profile, Payments transferred to the wrong accounts would be treated as credited. )
When can the Writer expect the payment? - We follow 2 payment cycles.
A> For the Invoice Submitted between 1st to 15th of the month - payment is completed between 16th to 20th of the same month.
B> For the Invoice Submitted between 16th to 31st of the month - payment is completed between 1st to 5th of the next month.
If you place an order for proofreading/editing, you cannot expect the writer to change more than 30% of the text. Proofreading is essentially us checking the work for you for any spelling, grammatical, punctuation, and stylistic errors or plagiarized parts (we scan every submitted document for plagiarism). You also cannot expect the writer to rewrite or create a brand new piece from what you upload. Nor can you ask the writer to rewrite an online article and still be charged for proofreading.
If you(Writer/Client) have placed an order/applied to join for writing, you agree to follow our rules and regulation. You also cannot connect to writers/clients by sharing your contact details, email ids, mobile no, details of social media profiles, websites in chats or delivered content, or by any means. In case of any issues, the company will provide assistance to concerns. In any case of finding so, the company may suspend/block the account without any refund of service charges or wallet balance.
